About Us

QES recognises that "change is the only constant" within the public sector, therefore our clients require adaptable systems with an ability to evolve and improve over time, as the teams' requirements change. We utilise the very latest service orientated architecture to facilitate this change to enable rapid development; future proofing your investment in your QES system.

QES's skill is to map our systems and software to meet your needs. We do this by undertaking thorough analysis of your operation and current working practices. This means that new system implementations are smooth and practitioners feel at ease quickly with recognisable working practices.

All development is undertaken in house and QES own all of our own IPR outright. Ongoing system support is delivered from our offices in Gloucestershire and Nottinghamshire.

We put great emphasis on collaborative working and hold regular regional and national user group meetings. This enables us to keep up to date with our clients' ever changing requirements and allows our software to evolve as a result.

Ease of new system implementations for our clients are important to QES and something which we regularly receive positive feedback on. We manage this process through the "QES 16 Step" implementation method, evolved from the principals of the PRINCE2 process and refined by the experience gained from our previous 80+ system roll outs.

The team is committed to engaging with the e-Government agenda and have had very successful working relationships with the DCSF and other government departments for projects such as ContactPoint, ISPP and latterly the Government Connect network scheme.
