Condom Cards (C-Cards)

Working with young people to reduce teenage pregnancy, and halt the spread of STIs, is high on all PCT and Local Authorities' agendas. Many areas have a working condom distribution model in place to meet the goals set out by the Government. The QES C-Card Management Information System supports these operations and many more covered by the widening roles of Sexual Health professionals.

The QES C-Card solution allows efficient distribution of stock and data collection from an unlimited number of distribution points. Included is the option to use barcode cards or fobs. Information stored within the C-Card solution can be accessed from its secure location via a suite of reports relating to age ranges, gender, location, ethnicity, distribution point or the individual issuing the condoms. Additional tailored reports can be added at any time.

The system is easy to use and requires very little training to enable fast, efficient use for not only registering services using and issuing stock but also to administer the system and gain vital information about the service from the reporting suite.

C-Card also system manage stock control from distribution points, ensuring sufficient stock to meet the necessary demands.
