Driven by our partnership with a Unitary Council in Berkshire, ePlan106 has been developed to meet and exceed a specification based on years of practical experience.

The solution handles all aspects of the Section 106 process and is an "end to end" package. Its easy navigation belies its functional scope key issues affecting every council such as those relating to cross-departmental access, management of monetary and non-monetary obligations, actioning trigger points and supporting flexible searching and reporting - ePlan caters for all these and more.
