Project Management

QES can draw on vast experience delivering projects to Local Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, Local Health Boards and other public sector organisations. Our project management methodology is based on the principles of PRINCE2, a process-based approach that is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK.

You will be appointed a project manager who will remain with you throughout your relationship with QES. Should your solution require expanding upon at a later date your project manager will be best placed to support you having a good understanding of your needs and working practices.
