Training and Support
QES training is very much a "hands on" event. Trainees are taken through key processes in a step by step fashion and are given the opportunity to practise these. The focus is very much on how the users can operate the system to support good practice and the training is supported by illustrated instruction manuals which outline the processes covered; QES's aim is to always leave you self sufficient in training terms
All QES solutions are fully supported. During normal office hours assistance can be accessed either via telephone or online.
