Like many of the QES flagship solutions this product was initially designed in conjunction with a Local Authority, ensuring its functionality and role are very much in line with Local Authorities' duties and responsibilities to Young People. Further development of the product has seen the split of the solution into a Welsh and English version that work in similar areas but are distinctly focused on the different Authorities' remit for Young People.

The solution supports the management of sessions and projects, utilising information on people, places, events and curricula via a management information system (MIS). This information is then available for management planning and reporting, including Key Performance Indicators. The MIS is designed to evolve with you as your requirements change over time and is already used by some 37 Youth Services across England and Wales.
